Unless otherwise agreed in writing the Firm's conditions herein set out shall be deemed incorporated in any placed by the Customer and any acceptance of the Customer’s order by the Firm shall be deemed subject to the acceptance by the Customer of these conditions. In the event of any conflict arising between these conditions which the Customer might additionally seek to impose in relation to his order, the Firm's conditions shall prevail. 2. Because of the handmade nature of the jewellery, each piece will vary slightly and may vary from the photograph. All measurement are done with great care, they may also vary slightly again because of the handmade nature of the piece. 3. If you would like something a bit different from what's on display on this website, we will do our very best to fulfil any enquiry. in the event of placing an order, full payment will be required. 4. Prices quoted are retail. Shine Design Jewellery reserves the right to change the prices, technical details and specifications of the products and within the website at any time without notice. 5. Payment - Prices are quoted in (£) Pounds Sterling and are excluding delivery. All orders under £150.00 will be subject to a delivery charge. Payment must be made in full before orders can be released. The ownership of goods remain with Shine Design Jewellery until paid in full. If we find that we have to re-present a cheque payment and is in arrears, the Firm has the right to charge interest overdue balances at 5% above Royal Bank of Scotland’s base rate per annum on a daily basis. 6. Delivery - We will use our best endeavours to comply with any date given or requested but time for delivery is not guaranteed unless specially agreed in writing to be the essence of the contract. In the absence of such special agreement we accept no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage of any nature and howsoever arising which may be suffered by the Customer as a result of any failure on the part of the Firm to deliver goods within the dates or periods mentioned in the contract. Any shortages should be notified 5 days from the date the order was received. 7. All of our goods have a hallmark in accordance with the hallmarking act, which is your guarantee of quality. Any piece not carrying a hallmark must be notified to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We accept no responsibility for any damages or injury caused by our goods if worn incorrectly, or if after they have been altered in any way after receiving them after the date of purchase. 8. In the event of any suspension of work owing to strikes, lockouts, disputes, breakdowns, accidents or force deliveries may be wholly or partially suspended until such time as work is resumed. 9. Shine Design jewellery will replace or correct free of charge goods damaged in transit providing we receive written notification of such damage within 10 days of the date of delivery but not otherwise. |
