Nadine has a BA Hon Degree in Fashion & Textile Design and is a recognised craftsperson and tutor throughout Northern Ireland and further afield.
She specialises in unique creative embroidery [pieces are constructed from thread and embellished with many hours of beadwork] which take the form of wall hangings, cushions, vessels, framed pieces and other decorative items. She is becoming increasingly known for her jewellery collections.
Working form her studio on the north coast of Ireland Nadine creates embroidered textile jewellery and accessories.
Each piece is individually designed and handmade creating truly unique pieces of wearable art. Works take the form of neckpieces, cuffs, rings, beaded necklaces, brooches and earrings, as well as a bridal collection which consists of personally designed, tiaras, headpieces, buttonholes and bags.
Her main collections come in various styles, designs and sizes and are available at present in ten different colour-ways, in vivid colours with something to suit everyone.
Nadine likes to produce only a small limited number of each design/colour and is happy to work with clients in creating something tailor made for them using their own colours chosen to match a special outfit or theme.
Nadine's inspiration comes from various sources, anything from Egyptian dress and Victorian tiles to modern art. Being mindful of trends, but not lead by them, her colours and designs frequently change and develop whilst always retaining her distinctive style.
