HOW TO ORDER

 

Thank you for looking at the Shine Designs website, if you would like to buy any of the jewellery please read through the following.

  		Choose the jewellery you would like and go to that item's individual page, this is the page that will have the item described at the top and with a large picture and a detailed picture to the left.

If you would like to pay with pay pal, go on to the pay pal site by clicking onto to "Add to Order" button, you will go onto the order form.

If you would like to pay by cheque please email us on sales@shine-designs.co.uk with the designer name, a description of the item/s and the stock number/s, we will get back to you within the next 48hrs to confirm the item/s stock position, we will reserve the item until we have received the cheque and funds are cleared. Please do not hesitate to phone us on 07940 509501, we ill get back to you as soon as possible.

How long will the order be? If the piece of jewellery is in stock, we will post it out in 1-2 working days. If the jewellery is out of stock you will be contacted  the next day with a delivery date. Because of the handmade nature of our jewellery and each designer has different delivery times we would rather quote a time depending on the item/s.

If you are ordering a ring and you know your size, please make sure you state it when you are ordering. Most of the rings, because of their handmade nature will take a few weeks for the order to be fulfilled. We will quote a time depending on jeweller. full or part payment will be required for the order to be placed. If you do not know your finger size, please email sales@shine-designs.co.uk  leave a message requesting a finger measure and address, we will post one out to you.
